Appointments can focus solely in a single therapy, or draw from several if needed to support your current needs.
Your personal preference for particular therapies is also important, and forms part of the treatment approach. Your input and active engagement is an integral part of the process.

Appointments are available in 3 options:
1. Single appointments
You book an individual appointment when you need it – good if you’re needing one-off or occasional support at this stage.
2. Appointment series
A series of 4 sessions, over which a healing or therapy goal is identified and worked towards. Continuity and momentum typically builds over the course of the series and supports the process.

60-minute appointments are most commonly booked, however other appointment lengths are available:
Appointments are available on weekends and after business hours.
If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please advise as early as possible. A 50% cancellation fee applies for late cancellations/rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment. Avoiding late cancellations keeps appointments available to others who need support, and respects the work jointly done in sessions.
