Holistic Counselling respects your perspective; is free of blame and judgement; gives you space to have your say; honours your personal sense of life purpose and meaning; and trusts that the ideal solution can be found to move through your challenges.
Holistic Counselling hears and affirms the deeper needs within. Therapist Elle Reynolds trained in Nature Care College’s Certificate in Holistic Counselling in Sydney, with a foundation in humanistic and person-centred counselling, informed by the theories of transpersonal psychology. Elle continues her ongoing development and training in the counselling field, currently undertaking postgraduate study in counselling through the Australian College of Applied Psychology, as well as ongoing professional supervision.
Elle practices from a integrative counselling foundation, drawing on techniques from positive psychology, solution-focused counselling, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). She applies a holistic orientation to her integrative practice, grounding a sense of practical spirituality and focus on the wholeness of a person, which is often referred to as ‘body, mind and soul’.
Elle has personally drawn much support from therapists and mentors in Holistic Counselling over the years, through personal crises, relationship changes, spiritual emergence and more. She knows through personal experience that deep healing and growth are fostered through being holistically supported through these critical phases of life. I can’t recommend Elle highly enough as a healer and counselor. – Mandy
