Therapist Elle Reynolds incorporates Meditation and Mindfulness techniques into therapy sessions at The Soul Space’s beautiful Bulimba healing space.  Elle holds a Meditation Facilitator’s Certificate, having trained with Louise Gilmore and Nature Care College in Sydney, and uses these profound techniques for clients and her personal use alike.

Meditation is a powerful practice alone, and also enhances the depth and impact of Energy Healing, Reiki, Coaching, Counselling, and other therapies.
